Midnight Platoon and Peacemakers Union have launched a tribute design to passionately capture the warrior spirit of NYPD Officer Brian Mulkeen. Brian made his ultimate sacrifice on September 29, 2019 when he was attempting to take an armed and violent criminal off the street in Bronx, NY. He was part of the Bronx Borough Anti-Crime Unit who works in plain clothes and has a history of seizing numerous illegally possessed firearms and drugs.
